Safety Measures

• Built-in Ammeter and dual Voltmeters for easy monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Overheat protection shuts down elevator hearth furnace if temperature is outside of acceptable range or when the thermocouple is broken or malfunctions
• Power failure protection resumes furnace operation right after the point of failure when power is reestablished
• Microprocessor based self-tuning PID control provides optimum thermal process with minimal overshoot

Technical Specifications

Application Notes

• Small cracks may appear on the surface over extended use. A normal occurrence and the cracks can be repaired with alumina coating.
• Please do not inject flammable, explosive or highly corrosive gases.
• For safety, please place the furnace in a ventilated place.
• The sample should be placed in a crucible, not directly in the chamber.
