1200°C Muffle Furnace (12x12x12", 27 L) w/ Programmable Controller- MF-1200X-M

STR-MF1200X-M is a CE certified andTUV(UL61010) or CSA Ready compact muffle furnace that offers12"x12"x12"high purity fibrous alumina chamber, gas inlet and outlet ports and a 30 programmable segments temperature controller and UL / MET / CSA Certified electric components. It is the ideal muffle furnace for preparing samples with the temperatures up to 1100°Cin research and dental labs with maximum energy saving.

SPECIFICATIONS

Structure	1、High purity fibrous alumina insulation for maximum energy saving. 2、Heating elements on all three sides of the interior chamber for fast heating and enhanced temperature uniformity. 3、Double layer steel structure with air cooling fan tokeep furnace's exteriors safe to touch. 4、Safety interlock will automatically power off the furnace when the door is opened. 5、Built-in vent port (top) to remove undesirable contaminants and moisture and extend the lifespan of the heating elements and furnace.

Application Notes	1、For longer furnace service life, we recommend the heating rate not to exceed 10 ℃/min. 2、The cooling rate shall also not exceed 10 ℃/min. 3、This furnace lacksvacuum sealing, and it is not recommended to use toxic or explosive gasses in this furnace without necessary safety controls and supervision. 4、Small cracks may appear on the surface of the refractory ceramics over extended use. This is a normal occurrence and the cracks may be repaired withalumina coating. 5、You may order alumina crucible by click picture below. click here to choose a crucible
