UL Standard 1750°C Compact Muffle Furnace (4.7"x4.7"x4.7",1.7L) with Kanthal Super-1800 Heating Element - MF-1700X-KS

STR-MF1700X-KS is a compact ultra high-temperature muffle furnace built by the components UL recognized and Kathal Super-1800 grade MoSi2 heating elements. It is an ideal furnace for sintering advanced ceramic materials such as ZrO2 dental ceramics which requires heat treatment up to 1750℃in long durations without contamination.SPECIFICATIONS

Application Notes	、For preserving the longevity of the furnace components, we recommend the heating rate not to exceed 10 ℃/min. 、The cooling rate shall also not exceed 10 ℃/min. 、This furnace lacks vacuum sealing, toxic or explosive gases are not recommended for use with this furnace without necessary safety controls and supervision. 、Small cracks may appear on the surface of the refractory ceramics over extended use. This is a normal occurrence and the cracks may be repaired with alumina coating. ? 、The refractory block must be inserted before closing door.
