1750°C Bench-Top Muffle Furnace (8x8x8", 8.4L) with UL recognized Components & Kanthal Super-1800 Heating Elements - MF-1700X-KA2

STR-MF1700X-KA2 is a bench-top ultra-high temperature muffle furnacebuilt by the components UL recognized with a max. working temperature up to 1750°C. The furnace usesSuper- HT (1800℃grade)MoSi2 heating elementsand is controlled by a high precision SCR (Silicon Controlled Rectifier) digital controller with +/-1 ℃accuracy and 30 segments that are programmable up to 1750°C. It is an ideal box furnace for sintering high purity ceramic materials at high temperatures without element contamination.

Application Notes	、For preserving the longevity of the furnace components, we recommend the heating rate not to exceed 10 ℃/min. 、The cooling rate shall also not exceed 10 ℃/min. 、This furnace lacks vacuum sealing, toxic or explosive gases are not recommended for use with this furnace without necessary safety controls and supervision. 、Small cracks may appear on the surface of the refractory ceramics over extended use. This is a normal occurrence and the cracks may be repaired with alumina coating. ? 、The refractory block must be inserted before closing door.
