STR-MF1700X-GS216 is a bottom loading larger box furnace ( 216 Liter capacity) with inert gas atmosphere control up to 1700 oC. The furnace consists of high-quality alumina fiber bricks and Molybdenum alloy heating elements with 24"x24"x 24" heating chamber. A vacuum-sealed steel chamber with a water cooling jacket as well as the vacuum amp; gas flowcontrol systemenables material processing under inert gas atmosphere.

Application Notes | 、For longer furnace life furnace, we recommend the heating rate not to exceed 5 ℃/min. 、The cooling rate shall also not exceed 5 ℃/min. 、Small cracks may appear on the surface of the refractory ceramics over extended use. This is a normal occurrence and the cracks may be repaired with alumina coating. ?The refractory block must be inserted before closing door. 、Attention: A two-stage pressure regulator must be installed on the gas cylinder to limit the pressure to below 3 PSI for safe operation.Click here to learnthe installation of a gas regulator. |
