STR-MF1800X-GX is a large muffle furnace with the maximum heating temperature 1800°C. The sample loading is from the bottom. The maximum loading is 300 kg.It is designed for the large quantity sample heating treatment in the air or oxygen atmosphere environment.FEATURES 、The furnace consists of high-quality alumina fiber brick, grade MoSi2 heating elements, and double shell steel case with the cooling fan. 、Thehigh-density ZrO2 fibrous ceramic linercan stand at working temperature up to 2000°C 、The sample loading is from the bottom to the top 4 sides heating chamber. 、The gas inlet and venting port are installed for using at oxygen or inert gas rich atmospheres. 、The furnace temperature controlled by high precision SCR (Silicon Controlled Rectifier) Eurotherm 3500 series programmable digital controller with accuracy +/- 0.1℃and 50 segments programmable up to 1800°C 、All electric components are UL or Met recognized and ready to pass any safety test worldwideSPECIFICATIONS

This is a normal occurrence and the cracks may be repaired with alumina coating. 、、The refractory block must be inserted before closing door.
