STR-MF1700X-A1 is CE Certified and is ready to pass TUV(UL61010) or CSA certification bench-top high-temperature muffle furnace. The furnace consists of high-quality alumina fiber insulation and 1800 grade MoSi2 heating elements and it's controlled by high precision SCR (Silicon Controlled Rectifier)and temperature controller with +/-1 ℃accuracy and 30 programmable segments up to 1700 ℃(3092 °F). It is an ideal tool for materials annealing and sintering in your research laboratory. Product Update!!!This is an upgrade version of STR-MF1700X-A1P. Since July 2014, all electrical components are UL recognized.

| Application Notes | 、Warning:MoSi2 heating element is used in the high temperature under the oxidizing atmosphere. It will form the SiO2filmwhich can keep the element from being melted. During the oxidizing process, the SiO2protecting film is formed again whenthe element continues to be used.
