Description
1200℃ manual door industrial furnace is used for quenching, tempering, normalizing, annealing and other heat treatment processes of metal materials, and can also be used for sintering of non-metallic ceramic materials. It is very suitable for small batch production and pilot test in laboratories and factories.
Design Features
Furnace Shell
The shell is made of metal Q235 low-carbon steel, and the surface is electrostatically resistant and anti-corrosion. Strong metal frame shell structure, low furnace surface temperature. The side-opening furnace door structure, the left hinge is fi*ed, and the operation is convenient.
Refractory
Multi-layer thermal insulation design, double-layer light refractory brick lining with strong structure, high-strength stacking and splicing, no asbestos, low heat loss and low energy consumption
Heating System
1、High-quality HRE spiral resistance wire heating element is wound on the
ceramic support tube with free heat radiation heating in the furnace cavity,
which is energy saving and high efficiency for long service life
2、Heating on
three sides (left and right and furnace bottom) for good homogeneity in the
furnace
3、 Silicon carbide base plate covers and protects the bottom heating
element with high mechanical strength, and good thermal conductivity, while
providing horizontal load bearing
