The slag melting temperature meter adopts non-contact technology. It performs image analysis and automatically identifies various characteristic temperatures and data by heat treating the sample to reproduce the industrial firing environment. The slag melting temperature meter is mainly used to test and study the physical and chemical properties of non-metallic materials such as slag: melting temperature (hemisphere point temperature), melting speed, aspect ratio, contact angle, area and other parameters, microcomputer measurement and control, digital imaging system, automatic identification function, completely overcome the interference of human factors. The slag melting temperature meter meets the test standard of YB/T186 "Test method for melting temperature of continuous casting protection slag".
The slag melting temperature measuring instrument uses GM1850 high-temperature silicon-molybdenum rod as the heating element, S-type thermocouple for temperature measurement, high-precision temperature control module to accurately control the heating rate, industrial image acquisition system to collect images in real time and display them on the computer monitor, and the test report can be printed out after the test. The test report contains pictures and temperature information. In one test, the image information of three samples can be collected and data analyzed and processed at the same time.
