Refractoriness is a property of materials suffering from temperature. STR RTF-18?refractoriness test furnace is developed and manufactured according to Chinese standard GB/T 7322.
The lining of furnace introduces advanced refractory materials of magnesite products to achieve high heat-insulation efficiency. The refractoriness test furnace mainly consists of a heating furnace, a control cabinet and a transformer. Ultra high temperature and energy-efficient fiber product is used as lining, the furnace has excellent performance, good temperature properties and good thermal insulation properties. Compared to the old style furnace, which is heated by carbon particle, the furnace can save the electricity more than 80%. Clean, easy, quickly.
The samples holding plate can be rotated by a driven unit which is mounted in the lower case just under the furnace.
Color video camera is arranged in the furnace body back, the deformable process of the cones in the furnace can be viewed and recorded by the IPC.
